We specialize in pension and divorce law and preparing Connecticut Qualified Domestic Relations Orders. Our office also prepares QDROs for governmental retirement plans located outside the State of Connecticut. We approach every client matter in a neutral, respectful and strategic manner to deliver the best possible results. We provide skilled CT QDRO preparation services to help clients and attorneys navigate the complexities of dividing retirement benefits in a divorce. We also work with clients or attorneys/mediators prejudgment to identify and divide retirement benefits. Retirement benefits are valuable assets. If the division is not done properly before the divorce, it may be difficult or impossible to fix after the divorce.
