Attorney Linda
Ursin is highly regarded in the field of Employee Benefits

Linda has a unique mix of legal, plan administration, and actuarial
skills in employee benefit plans. Her experience spans more than 25 years
– analyzing, interpreting and applying employee benefits regulations and
rulings that impact for-profit, not-for-profit, governmental and
religious organizations.

Throughout her career, Attorney Ursin has conducted numerous

party administrators, actuaries and insurance industry staff. In that
time, she has encountered just about every possible industry question
and concern. And provided workable solutions.
She is admitted to practice in Connecticut and is an active member
of the Connecticut Bar Association; Hartford County Bar
Association; Tolland County Bar Association; Middlesex County Chamber of
Commerce (Legislative Committee); and Human Resources Association of
Central Connecticut.
Attorney Ursin is
a graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University (BS), The American
College at Bryn Mawr (CLU), and received a Juris Doctor
degree from Western New England College School of Law.
