  • correcting prohibited transactions

Mergers and Acquisitions Due Diligence. We can conduct due diligence audits related to qualified and nonqualified retirement plans and health and welfare benefit plans in connection with potential mergers/acquisitions. 

Plan Documents. We sponsor volume submitter profit sharing, money purchase, and 401(k) plan documents. We can also provide a volume submitter defined benefit plan document and draft amendments to individually-designed plan documents to comply with changes in benefits law. Thanks to our efficiency and attention to detail, your firm does not need to perform extensive review of our work – saving you even more time on providing your clients with plan documents and amendments. 

CPE Training. We can provide cost-effective in-house training on employee benefits issues that qualifies for CPE credit. We offer effective half-day programs that save your firm both time and money.
